The community discusses the future of the web and the way in which the set of technologies enabling internet will influence the development of the socio-digital life, the building of the digital identity of people and organizations, and the acceleration of learning social processes. All thanks to the exercise of simultaneous sociability and access to ubiquitous information and intelligence.

Post de Alberto Ortiz de Zárate, del Gobierno Vasco, donde ofrece la lista de catálogo de iniciativas gubernamentales de Open Data que actualmente existen. A día de hoy se contabilizan 26 y dos en España: la del Gobierno de Asturias y la del Gobierno Vasco. Así comienza el artículo:"Con motivo de la inauguración de open data euskadi, el portal de datos libres de Gobierno Vasco, me han preguntado muchas veces por otros ejemplos en el mundo.
