In Next Web people explore and discuss on opportunities related to web 2.0, semantic web and semantic technologies applied to the web, Web 3.0 and, in general, evolution and future of the Internet.
The community discusses the future of the web and the way in which the set of technologies enabling internet will influence the development of the socio-digital life, the building of the digital identity of people and organizations, and the acceleration of learning social processes. All thanks to the exercise of simultaneous sociability and access to ubiquitous information and intelligence.
Companies, venture capitalists, institutions, researchers, professors, start-ups, bloggers, advanced internet users, internet activists and, on the whole, anybody who believes in the technology power of social transformation, have their new space in Next Web, a community promoted by the GNOSS Team.

Derecho en Red es una iniciativa desarrollada por los abogados Jorge Campanillas, Sergio Carrasco, Ibán Díez, David Maeztu, Miguel Ángel Mata, Samuel Parra, Javier Prenafeta y Andy Ramos, que se concibe como un proyecto colaborativo sobre Derecho y Ciencias Jurídicas.El objetivo de Derecho en Red es ofrecer información rigurosa y precisa sobre el Derecho de las Nuevas Tecnologías, con una especial atención a la Propiedad Intelectual e Industrial, a la Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal y a la Responsabilidad de los Prestadores de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información.

Javier de la Cueva cuenta cómo se está creando una ontología jurídica libre: "En el marco del Laboratorio del Procomún, en el Medialab-Prado, se propuso el proyecto de elaborar una Ontología Jurídica Libre. Si bien existe una notable literatura académica sobre este tema (especialmente la monumental tesis doctoral de Núria Casellas Caralt, «Modelling Legal Knowledge through Ontologies. OPJK: the Ontology of Professional Judicial Knowledge» [descarga archivo pdf]), sin embargo no existe (o no he logrado encontrar) una ontología libre adaptada a nuestro Ordenamiento Jurídico"
