Tal y como ellos lo dicen: "The Next Web Blog launched in January 2008 as a spin off of The Next Web Conference. Soon after, the site took a life of its own and the potential for a technology blog from an international perspective became a reality. The growth of the blog over the past year has been a testament to that, and we now currently serves 600,000 unique visitors a month (...) Where we really aim to stand out from other technology blogs, is by becoming a hub for all aspects of internet culture. A one stop discovery shop for what’s happening in the world of the web"
